Note:
If your photo contains extra objects to be drawn other than people. Eg: Pets, flowers, cake, decoration and complex outfit (wedding dress / complex pattern) Contact us to get quotation for extra drawing fees needed before placing order.
Important:
- You're NOT allowed to Cancel Order or Request Refund once order is placed.
- Please upload receipt after payment. Drawing process will only begin after payment
- Photo Replacement / Change Design are NOT allowed once drawing process begin
- No Return or Refund due to customised products
- (Please contact us for replacement if the product damaged during shipping)
- Artworks are done purely by handdrawn, NO 100% alike but we'll do our best
- Artworks are for personal use only, purchase license from us for commercial purposes.
